Get $200 Off Select Windows Mixed Reality Headsets Today

As part of its 12 Days of Deals this Holiday, Microsoft is discounting most of the Windows Mixed Reality headsets at the Microsoft Store today. The company is cutting off $200 of Windows Mixed Reality headsets from Acer, HP, Lenovo, and Dell.

For today only, you can get the Acer’s Windows Mixed Reality headset for $199 (usually $399), HP’s headset is available for $249 (usually $449), while Lenovo’s headset is available for $199 (usually $399). Dell’s Windows Mixed Reality headset’s price has also been cut by $200, but the headset has been out of stock at the Microsoft Store for a while, so I doubt it will be back in stock today before the deal ends.

At $199, Acer and Lenovo’s Windows Mixed Reality headsets are extremely affordable. If you were planning to try out Windows Mixed Reality for a while, it’s time to make a move. If you are, however, looking to get a premium experience, you can get Samsung’s Odyessy Windows Mixed Reality headset for $449 instead.

<p>I've been holding out for the Samsung Odyessy but at these prices it is tempting to settle. I paid $200 for the first Gear VR to go along with my Note 4.</p>

<p>In Canada the prices are also reduced by $200. Unfortunately that brings the prices down to $399! That's still too rich for me. :(</p>
