Microsoft has started testing Windows 10 19H2 with some Insiders in the Release Preview ring. Windows 10 19H2’s testing process has been an interesting one, with Microsoft testing a new controlled feature rollout system that has confused a lot of people.
Another speciality about Windows 10 19H2 is the fact that Microsoft will deliver it like a cumulative update to the public using its servicing technology that’s used for monthly updates. The update isn’t necessarily massive, so it makes sense to use the servicing technology to deliver to users.

And now, Microsoft has started testing Windows 10 19H2 with those in the Release Preview ring. Around 10% of Insiders in the Release Preview ring will receive the new Windows 10 version 1909 update, aka Windows 10 19H2, form Windows Update. The update will take them to 19H2 Build 18363.327.
There are still some small complications, though: if you are in the Slow Ring running 19H2, switching to the Release Preview ring won’t give you access to future 19H2 updates. “Insiders who are thinking of switching rings should stay put for now. We will communicate to Insiders when it is ok to make the switch,” says Microsoft.
Microsoft will likely release the Windows 10 version 1909 update to the public sometime around late September or early October, so it still has a little while to go.
