Microsoft’s Windows 10 19H2 update is almost ready for the public. The company announced last night that the 19H2 update, also known as the November 2019 Update, is being prepared for public release. The company is starting the process by bringing the November 2019 Update to the Release Preview ring today.
Microsoft is releasing build 18363.418 to Insiders in the Release Preview ring, which is the final build of Windows 10 19H2 that the company will continue to update via Cumulative Updates for further enhancements.

Windows 10 19H2 has been quite a messy release for Microsoft. The company introduced a new Controlled Feature Rollout system for 19H2 that involved releasing 2 separate, but identical builds that come with some features turned on for some users, while others are left out. The whole rollout has been quite confusing, though Microsoft recently fixed that issue.
Once Microsoft does release the Windows 10 November Update, do keep in mind that it will come as a regular Cumulative Update instead of a full-blown Feature Update. The idea here is that since the update is more about minor changes, it makes sense to deliver it as a regular cumulative update instead of a full-blown update.
