Update 2: I have emailed the winners. Check your spam folder just in case, since a “Congratulations!” email can be suspect. –Paul
Update: This giveaway is now closed. I will randomly select and contact the winners today. –Paul
It’s finally happening! Thanks to Microsoft’s Chris Capossela, we have some exciting Surface hardware to give away today.
As you may recall Chris revealed this year’s amazing giveaway on the last 2019 episode of Windows Weekly last week. Since then, we’ve held a giveaway for 10 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate product keys and then 10 Office 365 Home product keys. But today is the big one. We have the following items to give away:
– Two Surface Pro X tablets (no Type Cover)
– Two Surface Pro 7 tablets (no Type Cover)
– Two Surface Laptops (15-inch, AMD version)
Here’s how you can win one of these PCs. Please read this carefully.
The giveaway is open from the time of this article’s publication until 9 am ET tomorrow, Saturday, December 28. When I close the giveaway tomorrow morning, I will use a random number generator to choose the 6 winners. Then, I will notify the winners via email and, after hearing back from each, will try to ship the PCs out as soon as possible next week.
The giveaway is only open to those who live in the United States or Canada. Sorry, but I can only ship the PCs to those with a mailing address in either location.
You can only win one Surface PC.
For a chance to win, PLEASE LEAVE ONLY ONE COMMENT to this post. In the past, we asked for everyone to use an exact phrase, but that apparently clogs up the spam filter. So, reply with any text of your choosing. This will complicate matters if you wish to win a particular PC, so I will leave it up to you how to respond, either with exact PC names or whatever. I will do my best here, but I expect this giveaway to be quite active. But seriously: Just leave one comment, please. Anyone found leaving two or more comments will be removed from the giveaway.
I will be monitoring our spam filter to make sure that all the comments get through. But if you do experience any technical issues, please do not comment here or email me directly. Instead, please email [email protected].
Thanks, and good luck!
PS: I’ve still not heard from one Xbox Game Pass Ultimate winner and three Office 365 Home winners. I understand that it’s the holidays and that spam filters sometimes get in the way. So, I will email everyone again and give everyone time to respond. But at some point, I may need to randomly select new winners for unclaimed product keys.
